What a handyman service does is specializes in those small odds and ends jobs that are too small for a regular contractor to deal with. Really there is no job too small that I can’t take care of. For jobs like repairing doors that don’t close, mounting a flat screen TV, replacing that faucet that leaks, installing new light fixtures in your home to fixing a hole in a wall or repairing that sagging gate I am the one to call. I generally charge one flat fee for showing up which includes your first hour of repair and then I charge an hourly fee after that. Make a list and get several small things done at one time. Remember what I don’t do is major remodels or repairs that take days. That’s when you call a general contractor that specializes in those jobs.
